As the driving force behind the awards show, Bernard Moore (known in the industry as Bemo) brings a legacy of artist management, having developed talents including Bemoentertainment artists T O D, L Cutta, Eden of R&B, and Kashnet. His career is distinguished by a genuine commitment to nurturing both independent voices and overlooked legends in music. Guided by his deep connection to the culture and a vision to bridge generations, Bernard established UMA to provide a red carpet platform where legacy is honored and new talent is recognized. Licensed by the City of Jonesboro, UMA flourishes under his leadership, setting the standard for authentic celebration, community engagement, and musical innovation.
